I got my wig from wigyy.com, and it looked really nice when I first wore it. After a few wears though, I noticed it started shedding more than I expected. The cap still feels okay and the hair hasn’t completely fallen apart or anything, but I wouldn’t say it’s super durable. Overall, it’s decent, not terrible, but not amazing either 🙂

I wasn’t in a huge rush, but I did have a question about my Wigyy order and ended up reaching out to their support team. The whole thing was straightforward once they replied, and the person who helped me was nice enough and didn’t make it complicated.
I did spend a little more time waiting for a response than I expected, which was the only part that wasn’t ideal. Still, they answered my question and fixed what I needed, so overall I’d probably give them 4 stars.

They sent me the return instructions, I followed the steps, and then shipped the wig back. After they received the package, the refund came through a few days later without any extra hassle. I do think the whole thing could have moved a little faster, especially the waiting parts, but nothing went wrong and I didn’t have to keep chasing them for answers. Overall, the return process was smooth and it worked out fine in the end.
